I only know of this one (Junjou Romantica), Yellow (which I haven't read, but heard it was very good), and....a couple one-shots.
It also depends on what you are looking for, because I think the manga is more explicit than the anime most of the time.
You know what? Read (or watch, I'm not sure if the anime is out for this one yet) Earthian. It is not very explicit (which is always a plus for me), sweet and short, and in my opinion its a very good story.
Its by Yun Kouga, not in Loveless style, but its still very pretty :D

The coloring of this piece is really amazing. Especially the hair!
I too am a huge fan of this manga. In fact it is my most favorite out of all the yaoi that I have read.
